• Body butta may melt during transit in warm weather.

• Melting does not affect product quality or performance.

• If melting occurs, place the jar at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to restore consistency.

• Due to the natural nature of our products, texture variations may occur.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

• The item arrives damaged.

• The incorrect product was received.

• The jar arrives significantly underfilled.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any issues.
