Processing:
All body buttas are handmade to order.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for production and shipping.
- Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping
- Once an order ships, Ribelle Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped.
Warm Weather Policy
This one is VERY important.
Heat Disclaimer
- Body butta may melt during transit in warm weather.
- Melting does not affect product quality or performance.
- If melting occurs, place the jar at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to restore consistency.
- Due to the natural nature of our products, texture variations may occur.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The incorrect product was received.
- The jar arrives significantly underfilled.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any issues.
